Here it is starting my 6th week and I feel like I am getting disappointed with my results. Maybe I am not doing enough on my end, but I follow the diet pretty closely with a few screw ups here and there. I follow the exercises exactly and even do a couple more than I need, but still feel like I have hit a plateau.
Anyways, here is the stats and pix for the week.
Age: Still 35
Weight: 203.5lbs (92.31kg) (Ok, made a slight improvement here.)
Gut: 38.25in (97.16cm) (Lost a tad here too, but nothing like that first week when I lost 2 inches in 4 days.)
