Holy crap-oly!
Has it really been 3 months since I last posted? Well, hot diddly damn, here is a new one.
To play catch-up, I haven't stopped working out, but I did change routines. I did a lot of research on this one first and decided to give it a try. I won't spill the beans on it just yet, but I'll give this hint...it involves LOTS of squats.
I did take a 1.5 week break 2 weeks ago due to a groin injury. (Thanks spellchecker! I had no idea groinal is improper grammar.)
Even so, I am loving this new work out and I'll post some new exciting progress pix here at my halfway point of the program. I was going to post the halfway pix from the last program, but I seriously got bored with it and wasn't feeling any results. Now I am getting that special results feeling each time I get done working out.
